Consulting Agreement

This Consulting Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Rockstar Media (“Consultant”) and Challenge 365 Participant (“Participant”) as of the date of payment, and sets forth the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided (The SONG System)

Consultant agrees to provide Participant with access to an online program that teaches the core components of the proprietary 4-step SONG System, which includes:

  1. Emotion Management: Techniques for releasing negative emotions and reinforcing positive ones.

  2. Mindfulness Practices: Tools for increasing present-moment awareness.

  3. Intuitive Guidance: How to recognize and respond to inner guidance.

  4. Inspired Goal Setting: How to set and achieve meaningful, aligned goals.

In addition, Consultant will hold Participant accountable for taking consistent, daily action steps aligned with their goals.

2. Ongoing Support

Consultant will provide unlimited support to Participant via email, SMS, group office hours, and private one-on-one sessions throughout the duration of the 12-month challenge.

3. Investment

The total investment for participation in Challenge 365 is:

  • Option 1: One-time payment of $10,000, or

  • Option 2: Four monthly payments of $3,000, due every 30 days, with a 3-business-day grace period.

4. Refund Policy

Participants may request a 100% refund of all monies paid, provided they meet all of the following conditions:

  1. The full 12-month Challenge has been completed.

  2. All payments have been made on time, as agreed.

  3. Participant is dissatisfied with the results achieved from the Challenge.

  4. Participant has followed all guidance, instructions, and program requirements as provided by the Consultant.

  5. Participant has been open, honest, and fully transparent with the Consultant throughout the Challenge and after its completion.

  6. All required surveys have been completed and submitted on time:

    • Initial survey: Within 7 days of initial payment.

    • 90-day survey: Within 97 days of initial payment.

    • Weekly surveys: Beginning after the 90-day survey and submitted each week within 48 hours of the Participant’s chosen submission day.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@advancedattraction.com within 10 days of completing the 12-month Challenge. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of approval.

5. Limited Liability

The Consultant’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Participant. This limitation represents the Participant’s sole and exclusive remedy under this Agreement.

6. Acknowledgment & Disclaimer

Participant acknowledges that the SONG System and Challenge 365 do not constitute medical or psychological advice. Consultant does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions or physical illnesses. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to seek appropriate professional care where needed.

7. Assignment

This Agreement is non-transferable and may not be assigned by the Participant to any other individual or entity, whether voluntarily or by operation of law.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada.

9. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No prior or contemporaneous communications, written or oral, shall modify or supersede the terms of this Agreement.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment, Participant confirms their voluntary and irrevocable agreement to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
