Channeling
When Channeling you are radiating positive energy you receive from an external source.
All you have to do is follow the 3 steps below and it will work. It doesn’t matter if you are skeptical, unsure, or have self-doubt, it will still work.
But you must consciously do it for it to work. When you space out or start thinking about something else it stops working. Here’s how it’s done:
Step 1
Generate an intense feeling of love by thinking about what you love most. The more love you feel, the stronger your results will be.
Step 2
As you INHALE imagine loving energy entering your body through the CROWN Chakra at the top of your head, and flowing to the HEART Chakra in the center of your chest.
Step 3
As you EXHALE imagine the energy flowing from your HEART to the TARGET. The “target” can be whatever you like; a person, place, or thing. In this case, the target is the girl you’re interested in.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 continuously and you are channeling energy:
Heart Inhale… Target Exhale
Heart Inhale… Target Exhale
Heart Inhale… Target Exhale
While Channeling, you are using the power of love to increase her energetic frequency.
She won’t know what you’re doing but she will know you are the one who is doing it. So when you open, she will already feel an attraction towards you.
You can test your new Channeling abilities in the field OR practice in front of a mirror first if you like…
Stand in front of a mirror and use the image of your own heart area as the “target”.
Send loving energy, guided by your gaze, to your own heart area as seen in the mirror.
Do this for 5 to 10 minutes and see how you feel.
